From the Yokohama station, take the JR Yokosuka/Sobu line to Kurihama Station.
Get off at the Kamakura station (6 stops ahead).
*Do not continue to Kurihama station, which is past your destination, Kamakura. (The Kurihama Station is a terminal station.)

Asakusa
[Travel Time:60 minutes by train]

From the Yokohama station, take the JR Keihintohoku/Negishi line to Omiya/Minami-urawa Station
Get off at the Kanda station (14 stops ahead)
Change to the subway Ginza Line to Asakusa
Get off at the Asakusa station (6 stops ahead)
Take Exit 1 for Kaminarimon/ Asakusa dori/Kannon dori

Tip:
TOKYO SKYTREE is in this vicinity.
It is one stop after the Asakusa station by the Tobu-Line.  At Asakusa station, take the Tobu-Line to Takenotsuka or Shin-Tochigi Station.

From the Yokohama station, take the Keikyu line Limited.Exp to Oshiage
Get off at Daimon station (9 stops ahead)
Change to the subway Oedo Line to Ryogoku & Asakusa
Take the train bound for Tocho-mae
Get off at the Tsukijishijo station (2 stops)
Exit A1

Tip:
On the way back from Tsukiji market, if you go to Akihabara, go straight on Shin-Ohashi street, there is Tsukiji Station, Hibiya Line.  From Tsukiji Station, take the train to Takenotsuka, Tobu-dobutsu-koen or Kita-Senju.  The Akihabara station is 5 stops ahead.

Akihabara
[Travel Time:50 minutes by train]

From the Yokohama station, take the JR Tokaido line to Tokyo
Get off at the Shinbashi station (3 stops ahead)
Change to the JR Yamanote Line to Tokyo, Ueno
*It is a loop line, there is no sign for the direction on the train. Take the train bound for Tokyo
Get off at the Akihabara station (4 stops ahead )

Kyoto

From the Yokohama station, take the Yokohama Municipal Subway to Azamino
Get off at the Shin-Yokohama station (5 stops ahead)
Change to the Bullet train (Shin-kansen) to Kyoto
Take the Nozomi Bullet train, and get off at the Kyoto station(2 stops)
